If you are seeking information about an adoption that took place in the State of Ohio, begin your search by clicking here. If you were adopted through Catholic Charities, the agency may provide non-identifying information if the file is available. Availability of files is specific to the county and the agency responsible for the adoption.
First Step Pregnancy and Family Support Program
If you are an expectant parent or the parent of one or more children ages 0-3, Catholic Charities offers material assistance with food, formula, diapers and other essential items, as well as other supportive services for successful parenting. Catholic Charities strongly supports the adoption of children in foster care who need loving homes. Many of these wonderful children are considered “hard to place” because of their age, race, disability, or other circumstances. Catholic Charities believes that finding homes for these children waiting in foster care touches the heart of our mission.
