The Office of the Annual Bishop’s Appeal will remain open.  Due to current events, and ever-changing state guidelines, our staff schedules and routine procedures will be affected.  Thank you for your patience.

We know these are difficult and trying times for all of us.  Please be assured of our prayers for you and your loved ones.  Our Diocesan ministries continue to serve all of those in need.  While we pray for an end to this crisis, we know that the needs in our communities will continue; every prayer and every dollar will help us minister to our brothers and sisters in need today and through next year.

  • Mail processing, check processing, and acknowledgement letters processing will be delayed due to altered work schedules. If you have a question or concern about a check that you have mailed to our offices, please first send an email message to If email is not possible, please call and leave a message at our office (330-744-8451 ext. 316) and someone will get back to you as soon as possible.

Please know that we are doing everything possible to ensure safe and accurate processing of the gifts you have entrusted to us during this difficult and unprecedented time. We thank you for your support and patience, and we promise to keep you informed if our circumstances change.
